Phu ben Tea Joint-venture Company is a joint-venture company between Vinatea and S.A.Sipef N.V Corporation (Belgium).

The company’s legal capital is USD 6,250,000 in which Vietnam contributes 40%, the partner takes 60%. The company started cooperation since 1995 under the license number 1162/GP of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, working time is 40 years.

Phu ben Tea Joint-venture Company at present:

• 03 tea plantations and 03 tea processing factories with total area of 981 hectares, the average capacity of 10 tons of fresh bud tea/hectare. The company is extending more area with new tea breeds, intensive cultivation, tea garden improvement, replacement of old tea breeds to gain higher quality and output.

• Besides, the company invests in technique, tea garden models: intensive cultivation, advanced tea garden care for tea growers.

• 03 tea processing factories with total capacity of 117 tons of fresh bud tea/day, the company’s annual tea product output is 3,800-4,000 tons of black  tea, mostly CTC tea at all kinds.
